Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
McCORE Group understands the importance of working together to maximize the benefits of the ECI(Early Contractor Involvement) process to achieve successful outcomes for the client. Our approach to delivering successful ECI projects is to bring together the most experienced team and impart their specialist advice on buildability, procurement, programming, cost planning, and facility management throughout the various stages of the design. This provides our clients with the best value for money and a whole-of-life approach to facility design. Our team works collaboratively with the client and the design team through the ECI phases.
